Balázs Fábián takes on an additional role as President of VIDEOTON Bulgaria

Balázs Fábián, Managing Director of VIDEOTON Elektro-PLAST Kft., has taken on additional responsibility for overseeing the Group’s Bulgarian operations. Alongside his role as Managing Director of VT Bulplast Ltd., he also oversees the Bulgarian member companies as President of VIDEOTON Bulgaria (VT DZU).

The appointment forms part of the development of VIDEOTON Group’s corporate governance structure. As part of this process, several executives have assumed broader responsibilities, and a new executive has joined the Group’s management team.

Strengthening corporate and business development

Balázs Hajós has joined VIDEOTON as Deputy CEO responsible for Corporate Development. He brings decades of international leadership and industry experience. His work supports Group-wide development initiatives, improves operational efficiency and strengthens long-term competitiveness.

Dávid Schnaider continues his work as Deputy CEO responsible for Business Development. His new role expands his previous responsibilities as Business Development Director. Drawing on twenty years of experience at VIDEOTON, he focuses on coordinating business development activities and strengthening strategic customer relationships and partnerships.

These changes aim to strengthen coordination among member companies, improve operational efficiency and support international growth.
