Our engineering team provides professional support to our partners from the earliest stages of product development, whether it involves an entirely new concept, component optimization, or complex product renewal.
Our specialized team of more than 25 engineers (mechanical, electrical, and IT) ensures project success using state-of-the-art CAD software (Creo, NX, SolidEdge, SolidWorks) and electronic design systems (E-Plan, LabView, Altium).

Product development and NPI (New Product Introduction)
During the NPI process, we undertake comprehensive project management, production development, and quality assurance responsibilities. Our services extend from concept to series production.
- Feasibility studies and DfM/DfA analysis - design optimized for manufacturability and assembly
- Technical simulations - injection molding process simulations (filling, warping, gating), mechanical simulations, and tolerance chain calculations
- Electronic development - BMS (Battery Management System) design with active protection functions and custom configurations
- Prototyping - rapid prototyping processes (SLA, SLS, FDM printing, vacuum casting, silicone tooling, and metal machining)
- 3D technologies - high-end industrial 3D scanning and reverse engineering for geometric recovery without CAD data
Production development – industrial automation, special-purpose machinery
Our production development team flexibly designs and implements systems ranging from production-support devices and ESD-protected manual workstations to fully automated, robotic production lines.

- Manual and semi-automated lines - ergonomically designed assembly jigs and workbenches
- Complex automated lines - up to 20–30 meter long, ESD-protected, multi-station assembly lines with integrated laser welding, robotized handling, and full traceability system

Testers and inspection equipment
- EOL (End-of-Line) testers - full functional testing, measurement of electrical parameters, lifetime and safety testing

Testing competencies and development validation
Internal testing and validation during development are integral parts of our engineering services. In our own measurement laboratory, we perform tests that support design optimization and lay the foundation for successful regulatory certification processes.
- Development support tests - our measurements support the structural validation of products and battery packs, ensuring suitability for series production, we provide comprehensive professional support and preparation for official certifications (CE, TÜV, VDE) involving accredited external partners
- Battery-specific measurements - capacity measurement, (forced) discharge and charge analysis, short-circuit testing, and environmental simulations in climate chambers
- Mechanical and durability tests - drop tests, drum tests, lifetime and endurance testing, as well as special performance tests for household and kitchen technology using our own equipment
- Material testing - preliminary RoHS compliance verification and raw material control with an internal XRF tester
