The initiative is driven by the goal of implementing industrial development plans even more effectively, building on the experiences and suggestions of businesses. The council will hold regular meetings to discuss ways to support the operations and development of local companies.

VIDEOTON Elektro-Plast Kft. is also participating in the council’s work: our managing director, Balázs Fábián, represents our company as a member of the council.

It is of primary importance to us to actively contribute to shaping the region’s economic future and to share our experiences on a platform where the city and companies can jointly consider the directions of development. The establishment of the Kaposvár Economic Council creates a new opportunity for local economic players and decision-makers to cooperate even more closely, which can strengthen the competitiveness of Kaposvár and the region in the long term.
