The General Assembly of the City of Kaposvár awards this recognition to those citizens who, through their professional or social activities, have greatly promoted the development of the city's life and earned the respect of the citizens. György received the award for his work enriching the cultural life of the city for several decades, as a key member of the Senior Music Band.
