Our strategic purchasing group continuously seeks for new, innovative and competitive vendors, we also lay special emphasis on the continuous improvement of our current suppliers. Main task of the organization is to develop suppliers and to build strategic partnerships, which is supported by the market-oriented mind-set of the company management.

The operative purchasing group’s main task is to supply the in-house assembly lines with raw materials, components and auxiliary materials to ensure the smooth and efficient production. We are in daily contact with the more than 700 suppliers, we have a strong business relationship with significant manufacturers and sales companies.

We issue our orders and long-term forecasts with the help of the purchase module of our integrated business management system. We continuously follow the changes of customer orders, this way we ensure to meet our customers‘ requirements and attempt to reach the optimal level of stock.

Our highly experienced colleagues provide professional help in the design and implementation process of injection moulding tools. We start to co-operate with our customers as early as the product development phase, so the tool manufacturing is also under common professional control. The continuous tracking, our participation at the tool trials and the frequent personal visits ensure a high-quality tool and the fact that we meet our customers‘ requirements at all times.

Our company had been operating as a tool maker for several years. Though European and Chinese purchasers produce our tools, we can still provide all the know-how and experience necessary. In order to have competitive and customized pricing, we cooperate with purchasers from Hungary, Europe and the Far-East. We implement comprehensive administration and management in given projects, from the FOT phase until the entire approval and the start of mass production. Our tool shop takes care of not only the high quality preventive and regular maintenance of the currently more than 1100 tools, but also the necessary refurbishment and optimization. Our tool shop is equipped with CNC-controlled (spark erosion, milling, lathing) and laser welding machines.
